Building and landscape
Santalum occupies the ground and first floor Jewel Box. It is surrounded by rich evergreen vegetation that majorly comprises two of the most common trees found in the city of Bangalore - the large broadleaved canopy tree and the coconut tree which is abundant in the southern region of India. Parking space is accessible from the main road.

Choice of colors
Pastel colors, which are derived from the colors of sandalwood, have a calming influence on office workers as it bring a stress-relieving interior environment.

A neutral color palette influenced by sandal wood and the surrounding environment which reflects harmony, tranquility and feeling of nature.
